If you do not wish your products/logos/images to be published on our social media feeds, please let us know by emailing support [at] awakeaussies.au. When you publish your business details and content on Awake Aussies you are required to follow our policies. Awake Business Listings Information
By submitting a Business Listing, you are certifying that you are an official representative of that business (or you have been authorised to act on behalf of that business, by the business owner), brand, organisation or person and that you’re authorised to edit and modify the Business Listing for that subject. You agree to take full responsibility for any repercussions that may follow. Awake Aussies takes no responsibility for modifications made to a Business Listing. All responsibility clashes will be handled offline, for example, in the case of an imposter taking responsibility for a listing that they’re not affiliated with and all subsequent actions. Deleting a Business Listing is a right reserved solely by our team, and such a request will only be honoured for legal reasons. Awake Aussies reserves the right to disassociate any Author from any Business Listing at any time at our discretion, which would usually be the end-result of scenarios such as a lack of activity on the Business Listing, no communication from the author after several attempts, etc… As the author of the Business Listing, you are to ensure that you keep your business listings information up to date. You can modify your business listings information at any time via the contact page on our website. You may have a different understanding to us in regarding to what would be, could be or should be considered an Awake business. We reserve the right to refuse some advertising packages to businesses that might be considered to be in direct competition to our main business offering or that of our other business interests.

Adult Products
Awake Aussies is a family-friendly Awake Business Directory; we do not allow content that promotes sexualised products or businesses that promote sex products because although some products might very well be helpful, the connection to other products in similar categories can be considered unhelpful and therefore we have decided to draw the line on the side of caution. Instead, we ask that you use a differet directory to promote such products, perhaps an industry specific directory for your niche.

Mail-order brides
Due to a number of reasons, including but not limited to, the amount of corruption and scams within the industry, we do not allow content that: facilitates marriage to a foreigner. Examples: International marriage brokers, romance tours, mail order brides.

Adult themes in family content
We do not allow content that is made to appear appropriate for a family audience, but contains adult themes including sex, violence, or other depictions of children or popular children’s characters that are unsuitable for a general audience.

Child sexual abuse material and pedophilia
We do not allow content that promotes the sexual exploitation of minors. Examples: Child sexual abuse imagery or other content that visually depicts, encourages or promotes sexual attraction by adults toward minors.
